DIMENSIONS: 12 in. x 16 in. x .75 in. – 31 cm. x 41 cm. x 2 cm.

MEDIUM USED: Liquefied oil paints, acrylic paints and mixed techniques. No varnish or other substances are added to the painting’s surface. The distinguishable luminosity, three-dimensional perspective and other painting effects are created by my paint mixtures and application techniques.

SUPPORT: Gallery wood panel mounted on a high-grade wood chassis. Ready for hanging.

EDGES: All 4 sides are painted as part of the artwork

ABOUT THE ARTWORK

The “Sundance Series” started an experimentation to simplify the level of details in my landscapes to facilitate the application of one of my newer techniques. As the series progressed, I continued my experimentation with light luminance but “within” the painting itself. This “tour de force” was accomplished by layering my transparent oil paints to produce an incredibly special brightness level but below the surface of the painting. In effect this technique plays with sunlight and how the eye perceives it. The result was this collection of twelve artworks and hence… the name “Sundance”.

Since I first began to paint in 2015, I have permitted myself the freedom of being able to explore innovative painting methods, to experiment with light and mix different paints mediums all within the same composition. These distinctive techniques now define my artwork and most of my artist portfolio. Also, I classify myself as a multi-style artist (not to confuse with multi-discipline) where I explore, by applying, my painting methods to different visual art styles such as abstract, portraits and rupestral which produce paintings that, on occasion, even surprise me personally and hopefully you the purchaser.

Authentication: All acquisitions include a certificate of authentication and the bill of sale. Also, Trebor artwork is signed on one of the painting edges and on the reverse side of the painting. In addition, every painting includes on the reverse side, the copyrighted title, month and year of its creation, dimensions and the artist’s contact information.

Taxes: Sales taxes apply only to paintings purchased and shipped within Canada. Custom duties, taxes and other fees to the point of destination are the buyer responsibility.

Shipping within North America: The shipping cost for your purchase is added at the time of checkout for destinations within Canada and the continental USA.

Shipping outside North America: Contact by email or call Trebor directly for a quotation prior to finalizing your acquisition online.

Packaging Surcharge: Trebor uses the most reliable packaging methods possible to protect your purchase. However, upon the advisement of the courier company, if a wood crate is necessary due to the oversize dimensions or the final shipping destination, the purchaser will be advised of the surcharge.
